I've just spent some time trying to get the monitor working in my Winding Heat machine (it died yesterday)
Now the monitor chassis that was in there may be a little bit more ill than I first suspected (the core the of lopt is ratting around - which possibly indicates it is or has been overheating at some point)
I have a second chassis which is blowing HOT's due to the oscillation drive transistor having dry solder joints causing intermittant oscilation. I am hoping that I have just fixed this and I have just fitted my only good 2SC3686 HOT, so lets hope it doesn't blow or the game is going to be out of action for even longer till I source parts.
